What makes Soxiety socks special?

Soxiety socks are 100% designed and manufactured in Northern Italy, from only the finest-quality materials. They are designed to last, and we think they’ll fit better than any other sock you own.

Why should I buy a pack of socks?

Soxiety’s pre-assembled sock “packs” have been created for busy men who need an overall “refresh” of their sock supply, and want to do it in a quick, painless, money-saving manner. Containing 6 pairs of socks, our packs are available in either Ankle, Mid-Calf or Knee Length and can be selected according to style and color.

How do I know which size sock to buy?

Soxiety socks come either in sized versions or in a one-size option, depending on the sock style and materials used. When different size options are given, choose the one that corresponds with your shoe size. For your convenience, we’ve converted all Italian sizes into your local size directly on the product page.

How do I place an order?

Select the socks you like, according to color, length, style, material, and size. Then proceed with your order. There’s no need to register—although registering will give you access to several advantages, and by registering you’ll automatically become a Soxiety Member. The final step is secured payment with a valid credit card.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged at the moment you place your order through the secure WorldPay payment service. You will receive an order confirmation email from Soxiety with your order number as well as a payment confirmation from WorldPay. Shipping times & costs

How are my socks shipped and delivered?

We use Royal Mail to ship, and will deliver to the address indicated at the moment of the order. For more info, see our delivery page.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you may cancel an order up until you receive a shipping confirmation email, which means the parcel is already on its way to you.

Will there be a sales tax applied to my purchase?

Unless you are shipping to an address in the U.S. State of Connecticut, any purchase with Soxiety is free of sales tax.

Do I have to pay VAT on my order?

All prices indicated include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK for the time being.

Can I return a pair of socks?

We accept returns of our socks as long as they are unused and still in their original packaging. Submit an email using the contact form, and you’ll be sent the return address. A refund for any returned items will be applied to the credit card you used for your order, excluding the original shipping costs for delivery.

What if I receive an imperfect pair of socks?

We are truly proud of Soxiety’s quality, and we guarantee that each pair has undergone a rigorous quality control. But it’s an imperfect world, and in the unlikely case a flaw slips through, the pair can certainly be returned. You will receive a full refund as soon as we’ve received them and verified the defect.

How do I ship the return?

The customer will assume the cost of return shipping; you can select any type of shipping, although we suggest a method that allows for tracking. You will receive the return address as soon as you request a return through the customer care contact form.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as the returned item arrives at our warehouse, we’ll first do quality control, and then proceed with your refund. But, depending on the calendar, it may appear on your successive credit card statement.
